Corporate Senior Solicitor / Partner – Bristol – Up to £135,000 + Bonus
A leading Legal 500 law firm with an outstanding reputation in the South West is looking for a Corporate Senior Solicitor / Partner to join its highly regarded Bristol office. You will work with an established and diverse client base, advising private companies, entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses on a broad range of high-value corporate transactions, while playing a key role in the continued growth of the firm's Corporate practice.
This Corporate Senior Solicitor / Partner role in Bristol offers the opportunity to join a collaborative and ambitious firm where Partners are empowered to shape the future of the practice. With a strong pipeline of quality work, genuine autonomy and a supportive leadership team, this is an outstanding opportunity for a Corporate Senior Solicitor / Partner in Bristol looking to build their practice within a respected Legal 500 platform.
The Role:
- Advise clients on a broad range of corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, restructures and investments
- Lead complex matters for private companies, entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses
- Develop long-term client relationships while delivering commercially focused legal advice
- Work closely with colleagues across other teams
- Lead business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth
- Mentor and develop junior lawyers within a collaborative and supportive environment
- Play a key role in the strategic direction and future growth of the Bristol office
- Develop and grow your own practice with the support of an established Legal 500 platform

The Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor with extensive experience in corporate transactional law
- Currently operating at a senior level
- Strong track record advising private companies, entrepreneurs and owner-managed businesses
- Proven ability to build lasting client relationships and generate new business
- Commercially minded with excellent technical and strategic advisory skills
- Collaborative leadership style with experience mentoring and developing junior lawyers
- Entrepreneurial approach with the ambition to help grow a successful Corporate practice
- Passionate about delivering exceptional client service within a supportive team environment
