Role Overview

At Hopestead, we're committed to preventing and ending homelessness through innovative support, collaboration and community engagement. We're looking for a passionate and driven Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead our stakeholder engagement and fundraising strategy, helping us grow our network, increase awareness and generate sustainable income.
As our Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships that strengthen Hopestead's impact and support our mission. Working closely with the Director of Operations, you'll identify, secure and nurture relationships with businesses, organisations and individuals who share our values and commitment to social change.
Key Achievements (2024-2025)
- Over 650 people received essential furniture, flooring and appliances
- 262 children supported, ensuring they had a safe and comfortable place to live
- 97% of people sustained their tenancy, showing how vital this support is for long-term stability

Job Details
- Location: Norwich
- Hours: Full Time - 37hpw - Monday to Friday
- Contract: Permanent + Car
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and deliver Hopestead's corporate partnerships and fundraising strategy.
- Identify, secure and grow relationships with corporate partners, organisations and key stakeholders.
- Generate opportunities for sustainable income, awareness raising and collaborative projects.
- Attend networking events, trade fairs, business forums and industry gatherings to develop new partnerships.
- Build strong relationships within sectors including housing, construction and supplier networks.
- Represent Hopestead through presentations, meetings, speaking engagements and events.
- Plan and deliver fundraising campaigns, engagement activities and partnership events.
- Work collaboratively across the organisation to maximise partnership opportunities and shared outcomes.
- Raise awareness of homelessness and demonstrate the positive impact of partnership working.
- Maintain excellent partner stewardship, ensuring long-term engagement and mutual value.
What You Bring
We're looking for someone who is ambitious, proactive and genuinely motivated by creating positive social impact.
You will have:
- Proven relationship-building and networking skills.
- Experience managing and developing external partnerships.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Confidence presenting to a range of audiences and representing an organisation externally.
- Experience organising fundraising events, campaigns or engagement activities.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, resilient and tenacious approach.
- Knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) priorities.
- Passion for tackling homelessness and creating meaningful change.

What We Offer
- Competitive salary - £41152.85 per annum
