Corporate Partnerships Manager, CHATSWORTH HOUSE TRUST
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Corporate Partnerships Manager to join our Development team. This is a newly created role with a clear remit: to grow and develop our corporate income through sponsorship, membership, and strategic partnerships, helping to support an ambitious programme of cultural activity, exhibitions, and events.
About Us
Chatsworth House Trust is an independent charity dedicated to the long-term preservation of Chatsworth House, the art collection, garden, woodlands, and park for the benefit of everyone. Chatsworth is a place of creativity and community and a driver of positive change.
The Development Department is responsible for securing income from corporate sponsors, trusts and foundations, public bodies, and individuals to help to drive forward this mission.
Chatsworth House Trust has a strong track record in securing corporate support with current and previous partners including Sotheby’s, Rathbones, Selfridges, and Gucci.
About The Role
Working closely with the Director of Development, you will take the lead in building a strong pipeline of corporate supporters, securing significant sponsorships, and developing long-term partnerships that deliver meaningful value for both the Trust and our partners. From securing sponsorship for high-profile events to developing multi-year strategic relationships, this role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future success of the organisation.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
