Corporate Partnerships Manager
Location: London – Hybrid
Contract: 12-month fixed-term contract
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £41,325 per year

Overview
Our client is an international charity working to improve access to clean water, sanitation and hygiene for communities around the world.
They are seeking a Corporate Partnerships Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of new and existing corporate relationships. The role will also oversee the organisation’s payroll giving programme and support partnerships that generate sustainable income and long-term social impact.
This is an opportunity to join a purpose-led organisation and work with corporate partners across a range of industries. The successful candidate will combine strong relationship management skills with experience in fundraising, proposal development, reporting and stakeholder engagement.
The role follows a hybrid working model. A minimum of 40% of working time must be spent face-to-face through attendance at the London office, external meetings or business travel.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of new and existing corporate partnerships, ensuring each relationship is effectively supported and developed.
- Identify opportunities to grow partnership value, engagement and long-term impact.
- Manage the organisation’s payroll giving programme.
- Maintain effective relationships with professional fundraising organisations and payroll giving agencies.
- Monitor programme performance, partnership KPIs and associated budgets.
- Produce accurate, high-quality reports for corporate partners.
- Develop engaging proposals, presentations and partnership materials for corporate audiences.
- Present to senior stakeholders, employee groups and other corporate contacts.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure partnership commitments are delivered effectively.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels across different organisations, sectors and business cultures.
- Promote equity, inclusion and safeguarding throughout all partnership activity.
- Ensure all work reflects the organisation’s values, ethical standards and commitment to responsible fundraising.

Requirements
- Degree-level education or equivalent relevant professional experience.
- Proven experience in corporate partnership management.
- A strong track record of developing and growing relationships with companies.
- Experience producing high-quality proposals and reports for corporate audiences.
- Confident presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders or large employee groups.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels, both internally and externally.
- Experience working across different industries, organisational structures or business cultures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships, priorities and deadlines.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to equity, inclusion and safeguarding.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of international development or global humanitarian issues.
- Experience managing or developing corporate partnerships worth more than £100,000.
- Previous experience managing a payroll giving programme.
