Are you an experienced Associate Director looking to work with an agency who offers more creative freedom and the opportunity to shape the future of the firm? If so, read on.

This is a leading strategic communications agency that works with clients to promote and protect their brands and reputations. The firm offers specialist consultancy support in PR, social media, public affairs, strategic media counsel, research & analytics, and content marketing.

  • You'll be sitting within a team of 10+ staff, (including 2-3 direct reports) and overseeing an international client portfolio.

Company Benefits

  • Company Pension scheme - Contributions: 5% of employee's salary - 3% of employee's gross salary total of 8% of employee's gross salary. We are rolling out a salary sacrifice scheme as of 1 Apr which will allow further employee contributions
  • Annual holiday – 25 days + birthday off and the office is closed between Christmas and the new year.
  • Private healthcare – Axa insurance upon passing probation
  • Bonus scheme – target-based bonus scheme which all employees are part of. 10% bonuses on new business wins based on the 1st year's revenues
  • Training – internal and external training
  • Flexible working – The team comes in 3 times a week. Monday is the fixed day but the other 2 days they can be flexible. This is changeable and everyone needs to be available Monday – Friday but we try to accommodate staff requests and be as flexible as possible.
