Corporate Real Estate Associate
Elite US Law Firm – London Corporate Real Estate Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Corporate Real Estate practice of an elite US law firm in London.
You’ll advise private equity sponsors, institutional investors, developers, and multinational corporates on a broad range of high-value real estate transactions, including:
- Acquisitions
- Disposals
- Joint ventures
- Portfolio investments
Collaborating closely with market-leading partners, you’ll tackle complex cross-border matters.

Requirements
- 2–6 years’ PQE at a leading UK, US, or international law firm.
- Experience advising on complex corporate real estate transactions, such as:
- Acquisitions
- Disposals
- Joint ventures
- Real estate aspects of wider corporate deals.
- Strong technical ability with excellence in:
- Drafting
- Analytical skills
- Communication
- Hands-on experience managing transactions and working directly with clients in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Commercially acutely minded, able to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary and cross-border teams.
