Role Description

The Corporate Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based in the City of London. The role involves greeting and directing visitors, managing incoming phone calls, and maintaining a professional front-of-house presence. Daily tasks include:

The Corporate Receptionist will ensure a high standard of customer service for clients, guests, and colleagues, resolving queries promptly and efficiently. The role also includes maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area and supporting guest services in line with Clermont Group’s 5-star service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest experience.
  • Professional phone etiquette and confident handling of incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Experience with receptionist duties, including greeting visitors, managing sign-in processes, and coordinating front-of-house activities.
  • Solid clerical skills, including basic administrative tasks, scheduling, and handling mail and deliveries.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience in a corporate reception, front-of-house, or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with common office software and reception systems; experience with booking and visitor management tools is an advantage.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with a corporate environment.
  • Flexible and collaborative approach, with a commitment to Clermont Group’s high service standards.
