Corporate Receptionist

Corporate Receptionist Vacancy

Location: London

Hours: PART TIME – Tues, Weds & Thurs (9:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Salary: £35,000 – £36,000 (depending on experience)


An exciting opportunity has arisen at a large global finance firm for a Corporate Receptionist. You will act as their ambassador, creating memorable first impressions for VIPs and UHNW individuals, while managing critical administrative responsibilities.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will:

  • Provide 5-star customer service in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Oversee event and meeting bookings while maintaining a high level of discretion.
  • Coordinate lunches, dinners, and hospitality arrangements.
  • Manage diary and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Support the catering and cleaning teams to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Liaise between clients, staff, and external visitors.

Essential Experience:

  • Previous experience in corporate reception, cabin crew, or hotel reception.

Key Responsibilities


  • Warmly meet and greet clients, staff, and visitors.
  • Utilise meeting room scheduling software to organise events.
  • Oversee conference call arrangements.
  • Coordinate with the catering team for meals and refreshments.
  • Ensure office supplies and stock are replenished as needed.
  • Handle general administration tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning.
  • Book travel and accommodation for clients and executives.

  • Previous front-of-house (FOH) reception or cabin crew experience.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and demonstrate attention to detail.
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Polished telephone manner, excellent presentation, and professionalism.
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
