Corporate Receptionist Opportunity
Become part of a Corporate Receptionist team where excellence, poise, and attention to detail underpin every interaction. Our client is a prestigious bank in the heart of Bishopsgate. As a key ambassador for our client’s brand, you will deliver a welcoming experience that is seamless, refined, and luxurious.
You will be one of 16 Rapport Ambassadors working collaboratively to deliver an outstanding front-of-house operation. Whether managing the ground-floor reception, supporting high-profile meetings, or assisting with events, the team works in close partnership to provide a smooth and elevated experience.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has the right attitude and wants to join a buzzing, outgoing, and passionate team!

- Full-time, Permanent
Hours
- 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota basis between 7 AM and 7 PM)
Salary
- £30,900 per annum

Main Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, polished, and professional welcome to all clients and visitors.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, catering arrangements, and room set-ups to ensure seamless delivery.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, representing our client’s brand through genuine engagement, exceptional service, and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and service partners to maintain a consistent, high-quality front-of-house experience.
- Manage the visitor arrival process, including registration and liaison with hosts to ensure smooth check-ins.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with clarity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Anticipate guest needs and consistently deliver service that exceeds expectations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date administrative records and reports.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and thoughtfully, providing effective solutions.
- Deliver discreet, attentive service to VIP guests, ensuring comfort and confidentiality at all times.
- Represent both Rapport and our client with confidence, elegance, and professionalism throughout every interaction.

- Ideally bring experience from a luxury, corporate, or five-star hospitality setting.
