What You'll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines using:
- Job boards
- Referrals
- Other sourcing channels
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate:
- Qualifications
- Experience
- Cultural fit
- Partner with hiring managers to define:
- Role requirements
- Interview processes
- Hiring criteria
- Track recruiting metrics, such as:
- Time-to-fill
- Pipeline volume
- Conversion rates

What We're Looking For
- Strong experience in full-cycle recruiting, including:
- Agency experience
- In-house experience
- Strong experience in sourcing across:
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Job boards
- Boolean search
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously with strong prioritization skills
- Experience with ATS tools and recruiting workflows
- Excellent:
- Written communication skills
- Verbal communication skills
