Corporate Risk Analyst

Partner Risk Management Analyst

Location: Solihull (flexible hybrid working model) Contract: Full-time, Permanent

The Role

As a Partner Risk Management Analyst, your responsibilities will focus on ensuring BNP Paribas Personal Finance UK works with financially stable partners while implementing robust controls to identify and mitigate partner-related risks. You will:

  • Monitor financial data and KPIs.
  • Maintain and analyse the partner risk scorecard database to detect trends or anomalies.
  • Support credit reviews to safeguard the business as our customer base expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting Partner Risk Management credit reviews for all existing partners, including financial and KPI monitoring.
  • Maintain and analyse the internal partner risk scorecard database, ensuring data accuracy and highlighting trends or anomalies.
  • Prepare and present risk reports for business forums and management meetings, including meeting packs and minutes.
  • Support key controls within the Partner Risk Management control framework.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to investigate and assess irregularities in risk reporting.
  • Monitor partner-related media alerts and regulatory updates (e.g., FCA], escalating findings as necessary.
  • Assist in the credit review and underwriting of new partners across Point of Sale, Home Improvements, and Motor Finance.
