Swindon – Hybrid - Permanent - Full-Time

About The Role
An exciting opportunity to join an established team within part of our Mid Market Account management team, you will be responsible for supporting the provision of company cars and light commercial vehicles to our Mid Market corporate customers.

This fast paced and dynamic role ensures that our customers receive expert knowledge and advice on all aspects of managing and maintaining their fleet of vehicles. This role also offers opportunity to upskill internally whilst learning about the different sales channels we have on offer at Arval.
Some Of Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Responsible for your own portfolio of customers
- Offering and delivering top quality customer service
- Building a solution and problem solving to deliver the best possible service to our customers
- Helping customers to decide on vehicle choice, delivering competitive pricing with required lead times.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an outstanding account manager. You will have an excellent telephone manner and will be used to working in a fast-paced environment. Used to taking ownership of all that comes your way whilst demonstrating complete professionalism and tact that comes naturally to you.
You’ll Also Be Able To Demonstrate
- Confident communicator (verbal & written)

We offer a basic starting salary of up to £27,500 plus a core commission element of £4,000. On top of this figure, over-performance can result in an additional £3,000 commission payment.
