About the Role
In this fast-paced, varied role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to our corporate and international clients, ensuring their fleets are safe, cost-efficient, and ready for the future. Daily tasks include:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts, collaborating closely with field-based Business Managers.
- Guaranteeing every driver and stakeholder receives the world-class service that defines Arval.

Key Responsibilities
- Build proactive, long-term relationships with:
- Fleet managers
- Drivers
- Internal stakeholders
- Prepare and finalise quotes, track orders, and maximise conversions through collaboration with Business Managers.
- Use Salesforce to:
- Streamline workflows
- Generate clear, impactful customer insights & data
- Address and resolve queries and complaints within service-level agreements (SLAs), improving feedback scores.
- Upsell opportunities initially customer-focused.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary & Incentives
- Base salary: Up to £28,000
- On-target commission: £4,000
- Target-achieving bonus: Additional £3,000
- Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays and a birthday.**
