About the Role

In this fast-paced, varied role, you’ll act as a trusted partner to our corporate and international clients, ensuring their fleets are safe, cost-efficient, and ready for the future. Daily tasks include:

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts, collaborating closely with field-based Business Managers.
  • Guaranteeing every driver and stakeholder receives the world-class service that defines Arval.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build proactive, long-term relationships with:
    • Fleet managers
    • Drivers
    • Internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and finalise quotes, track orders, and maximise conversions through collaboration with Business Managers.
  • Use Salesforce to:
    • Streamline workflows
    • Generate clear, impactful customer insights & data
  • Address and resolve queries and complaints within service-level agreements (SLAs), improving feedback scores.
  • Upsell opportunities initially customer-focused.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary & Incentives

  • Base salary: Up to £28,000
  • On-target commission: £4,000
  • Target-achieving bonus: Additional £3,000
  • Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays and a birthday.**
