We're looking for a passionate and commercially driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our Corporate Sales & Events team. If you're a confident communicator who thrives on building relationships, delivering outstanding customer service and converting enquiries into successful events, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
As a Corporate Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for managing enquiries from both corporate clients and event agencies, guiding customers through every stage of the sales journey—from initial enquiry through to confirmed booking.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Responding promptly to corporate and agency enquiries, checking availability and creating provisional bookings.
- Producing tailored proposals that meet clients' objectives and exceed expectations.
- Conducting engaging showrounds across our Hotels, Conference Centre, Theme Park and Waterpark.
- Building strong relationships with clients through telephone, email and face-to-face meetings.
- Working closely with third-party suppliers to enhance event proposals where appropriate.
- Negotiating rates while protecting revenue and identifying opportunities to maximise sales.
- Upselling products and services to enhance the client experience and increase event value.
- Proactively following up enquiries and provisional bookings to maximise conversion rates.
- Working collaboratively with operational teams to ensure every event is delivered seamlessly.
- Maintaining excellent product knowledge across all Alton Towers Resort venues and experiences.

- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in building relationships with both new and existing clients.

Previous experience within sales, hospitality, conferences, events or account management would be advantageous, although we're equally interested in individuals with the right attitude, energy and customer-focused approach.

Pay Range
Compensation between GBP £28,000.00/Hr.-GBP £28,000.00/Hr.
