TOCA Social Corporate Events Manager
TOCA Social is the world's first dining and entertainment experience with a football twist, and it's set to change the game! We currently operate three UK venues, in London at The O2 and Westfield White City and in Birmingham (at The Bullring). This year we have opened venues in Paris CNIT Westfield, Dallas (Grandscape) and have 2 franchise venues in Monterrey and Guatemala.

Job Highlights
- Length of Contract: 12 months Fixed Term Contract, starting from September 2026
- Location: We are open to London or Birmingham-based applicants
- Reports to: Head of Sales & Partnerships
This role requires a strong, sales-savvy individual to drive and manage corporate events across our UK venues - This role will be based in London (either at The O2 or Westfield White City venue) and Birmingham but will be focused on driving corporate events across all UK venues. You will be a key member of our venue management team, connecting the dots between sales and the guest experience.
You will be responsible for the entire sales journey from securing the initial lead, converting it into a sale and the successful planning and running of the event.
The primary focus of this role is to deliver and drive corporate events (branded, conferences, workshops and large social events) over +£2.5k. We want you to think big, building key relationships and delivering show stopping events.

Role Scope & Responsibilities
- Drive revenue through events and achieve the KPIs set out by UK Sales Manager
- Build a proactive sales plan that you can demonstrate you are converting on
- To sell the art of the possible. TOCA Social is so much more than a football entertainment concept. We need dynamic individuals who are a proactive approach and can think outside of the box
- Proactive planning and implementing of corporate outreach strategies to drive corporate events footfall throughout the year
- Ensuring leads and prospects are effectively converted into corporate events
- Working closely with the venue operations teams to design and build packages and offerings, to increase spend per booking for all types of corporate events
- Manage and work with all relevant events agencies and negotiate the best deals to ensure TOCA is receiving the larger requests
- Share revenue numbers and projections with key stakeholders
- Identify new opportunities of gaining larger corporate events - whether through specific events or other opportunities
- Partner closely with the General Managers and liaise weekly with the venue operations team providing details of up and coming events. You are a key part of our venue management team!
- Build strong relationships with all our venue teammates, we believe that investing in our team is the only way to success
- To ensure each guest's individual and specific needs are met and being attentive at all times whilst on the phone or in person
- Be present and support in the execution of large scale events, we need a flexible approach and a output driven approach
- Responsible for securing, planning and ensuring the high quality execution of events, including but not limited to; large social gatherings (24+), networking, team building, team training, team awards, seminars, conferences, business meetings & gatherings

Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of proven successful corporate sales events experience
- Experience at driving larger scale events such as conferences, workshops etc
- Industry knowledge and hospitality operations
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills
- Passionate about sales and driving revenue
- Exceptional executive presence and ability to cultivate positive relationships, both internally and externally
- Strong attention-to-detail, self-directed initiative, resourcefulness and drive for innovation
- Demonstrated proactive commitment in evolving events based on feedback and guidance
- Someone who is flexible with their working hours and isn't afraid to get stuck in!
- Strong communication and stakeholder management
- Positive attitude and tactical mindset with the ability to deal with challenges
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Financial acumen
- A people first mentality
