The Opportunity
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced and ambitious security professional to join a prestigious corporate environment in Central London. Working within a highly regarded in-house security operation, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for delivering outstanding security and customer service standards across a premium corporate site.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the day-to-day delivery of security operations, ensuring the highest standards of service for employees, visitors and guests
- Manage, coach and develop a team of security officers, driving performance and professional growth
- Conduct performance reviews, development discussions and ongoing staff training
- Manage team rotas and resource planning to ensure effective shift coverage
- Carry out regular site patrols and maintain a visible security presence
- Provide a professional front-of-house service, supporting visitors and stakeholders
- Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, assignment instructions and emergency response plans
- Manage security incidents, investigations and emergency situations effectively
- Respond to facilities-related issues and coordinate with relevant departments
- Protect people, property, information and assets from potential threats and risks
- Oversee the effective operation of security and surveillance systems
- Build strong working relationships with Property, Facilities and other business functions
- Support operational security duties when required

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience supervising or managing a security team within a corporate, commercial or high-profile environment
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence
- CCTV licence preferred, or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to work a rotating pattern of day and night shifts
- Strong customer service skills with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
- Passion for developing, mentoring and motivating security personnel
- Experience engaging confidently with senior stakeholders and clients
- Strong communication, leadership and decision-making skills
- Comfortable using security technology, incident management systems and reporting platforms
- Professional, proactive and resilient approach to security management

Location: Central London Salary: £55,000 + Extensive Benefits Package Shift Pattern: 5 Days (07:00–19:00), 2 Days Off, 5 Nights (19:00–07:00), 3 Days Off
