Corporate Senior Associate (4-8PQE) – Cross-Border M&A | London Looking to take your corporate career to the next level? We’re working with a leading international law firm in London that is looking to hire a Corporate Senior Associate (4-8 PQE) to join its highly regarded transactional team. This is a standout opportunity for an ambitious lawyer who wants to work on high-value, cross-border M&A and gain direct exposure to complex, headline-making deals for global clients. Why this role? You’ll be part of a team advising on a broad range of corporate matters, including: Public and private M&A Private equity and venture capital investments Joint ventures and strategic projects Equity capital markets work Restructurings and corporate advisory mandates With an exceptional international platform, the work is genuinely multi-jurisdictional, offering the chance to collaborate with colleagues and clients worldwide. The team is also recognised as a market leader across sectors such as: Technology | Energy | Infrastructure | Real Estate | Financial Services What you’ll be doing As an Associate, you’ll take a hands-on role across major transactions and will be encouraged to build your profile within the market. Responsibilities include: Managing key aspects of corporate deals Developing and maintaining strong client relationships Supporting business development and client pitches Mentoring junior lawyers Contributing to thought leadership and external visibility This role is ideal for someone seeking more responsibility, stronger client exposure, and access to larger, more sophisticated cross-border work. What we’re looking for 4-8 years PQE in corporate transactional work Strong drafting and technical skills Confidence working independently and as part of a collaborative team Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset Interest in innovation and the evolving legal market Ambition, resilience, and a drive to progress Interested?
