The Role
We are seeking a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join our ambitious and expanding corporate law practice.
As part of our national corporate team, your core responsibility will be to deliver commercially focused, high-quality legal advice. You will play a key role in:
- Providing tailored solutions to clients and stakeholders.
- Supervising junior lawyers in the team.
- Actively engaging in business development and client-facing initiatives.

What We Are Looking For
Essential
- Strong experience in corporate work, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions (M&A)
- Joint ventures
- Restructurings & corporate governance
- General company law
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of PQE (Post-Qualification Experience).
- Sound legal knowledge with commercial awareness, capable of providing bespoke, solution-driven advice.
- Proven ability to collaborate within cross-disciplinary teams.
- Experience in supervising junior lawyers.
- Client-facing acumen—willingness to engage in business development and act on initiatives.
- Personable, proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
- A professional work ethic and knack for collaborative problem-solving across all team levels.
