About the Role
West of Scotland Housing Association (WSHA) is looking for a Corporate Services Assistant. You will share our values and use them to guide your daily work. Your key role will be providing effective administrative support across all functions of the Corporate Services team.

Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to the Corporate Services Officer and across all Corporate Services functions
- Assisting with the co-ordination and distribution of all Board papers required to support the governance structure
- Providing administration and tracking of insurance claims
- Maintaining of Registers within the Corporate Services function (e.g., Shareholders, Entitlement, Benefits and Payment, Gifts and Hospitality, and contracts)
- Assist with the administration and tracking of complaints to ensure response within the required timescales
Requirements
- Excellent administration skills and the ability to prioritise your workload, while working flexibly to respond to changing business priorities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Confident IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office and electronic document or action tracking systems
- Good understanding of governance, regulation, legislation, and company secretarial compliance and best practice, preferably with an Registered Social Landlord setting
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to undertake relevant training and continued professional development
