Overview
An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor who is looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to play a key role in developing and growing this corporate team. Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with at least 3 years PQE in dealing with a wide range of corporate matters. Ideal Corporate Solicitors will have experience of dealing with all types of corporate related matters including Mergers and Acquisitions, MBO's and MBIs, corporate finance matters and other general matters associated with corporate. You will play a key role in further developing the team as well as supporting junior members of the team.
