Corporate Solicitor, 4+ PQE, Manchester, To c£90,000 DOE - Take Your Corporate Career to the Next Level with a Team That Delivers Market-Leading Deals
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Corporate Lawyer with 4+ years' PQE to join the highly regarded corporate team of a leading national law firm in Manchester.
Recognised for completing a significant volume of high-quality corporate and M&A transactions, this successful team advises an impressive client base ranging from innovative start-ups and owner-managed businesses to established private companies and PLCs, both nationally and internationally. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value deals while developing your own client relationships and progressing your career within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Role
Working alongside experienced corporate specialists, you will play a key role in advising clients on a broad range of corporate transactions, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions.
- Corporate restructures and reorganisations.
- Shareholder and investment agreements.
- Management buyouts and buy-ins.
- Joint ventures and strategic investments.
- General corporate advisory work for businesses at every stage of their lifecycle.

You will manage your own caseload of transactions while also supporting partners and senior colleagues on larger and more complex deals, providing plenty of opportunity to broaden your technical expertise and commercial knowledge.
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from Corporate Lawyers who can demonstrate:
- A minimum of 4 years' PQE gained within a recognised corporate practice.
- Strong experience advising on a broad range of corporate and M&A transactions.
- Excellent technical ability combined with sound commercial judgement.
- Outstanding client care and communication skills.
- The confidence to manage transactions independently while working collaboratively within a team.
- A proactive and ambitious approach to career development.
- An interest in business development and building long-term client relationships.
