Corporate Solicitor – Partner (Fully Remote, UK)

The Role
We seek an experienced Corporate Solicitor with a track record in complex corporate law to join us as a Partner, where business development is a core responsibility.

The Candidate Profile
You should be a skilled, commercially astute lawyer with:
- 4+ years’ PQE specialising in corporate law.
- Exceptional technical drafting and advocacy abilities.
- A go-getter mentality—comfortable in networking and business development.
- An entrepreneurial drive to expand a client base.
- A preference for flexible, collaborative work environments.
Preferred: Candidates with an existing client network or a clear business expansion plan will be prioritised.
