Corporate Solicitor – Partner (Fully Remote, UK)

Position: Consultant Partner Location: Fully Remote Firm: Kingsley Wood

We seek an experienced Corporate Solicitor with a track record in complex corporate law to join us as a Partner, where business development is a core responsibility.

The Candidate Profile

You should be a skilled, commercially astute lawyer with:

  • 4+ years’ PQE specialising in corporate law.
  • Exceptional technical drafting and advocacy abilities.
  • A go-getter mentality—comfortable in networking and business development.
  • An entrepreneurial drive to expand a client base.
  • A preference for flexible, collaborative work environments.

Preferred: Candidates with an existing client network or a clear business expansion plan will be prioritised.
