Corporate Solicitor

Consultant Partner | Fully Remote (UK)

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across complex corporate law to act as a Partner, with a focus on business development.

The Candidate

You must be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer with:

  • 4+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law
  • Proven technical drafting and advocacy skills
  • An ability to generate work through existing networks and business development initiatives
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious and motivated to grow their own client base
  • Comfort thriving in a flexible, modern working environment

Candidates with an existing client following or a clear business growth plan will be particularly well-suited to this role.
