Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 5+ PQE, Northampton

Job Title: Corporate & Commercial Solicitor

PQE: 5+ PQE

Location: Northampton

Salary: £60K plus

  • Demergers

The Candidate

You will have a minimum of 5 years' PQE with strong experience managing your own corporate and commercial caseload. You will be commercially minded, technically strong, and enjoy developing long-term client relationships by delivering an exceptional level of service.

The successful candidate will also demonstrate:

  • Experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers.
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to the development of the wider team.
  • Strong networking and business development skills, with a genuine interest in helping grow the practice.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
