Job Title: Corporate & Commercial Solicitor
PQE: 5+ PQE
Location: Northampton
Salary: £60K plus

Your caseload will include:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Demergers
- Joint ventures
- Corporate restructures
- Commercial contracts
- Corporate governance
- General corporate advisory work

The Candidate
You will have a minimum of 5 years' PQE with strong experience managing your own corporate and commercial caseload. You will be commercially minded, technically strong, and enjoy developing long-term client relationships by delivering an exceptional level of service.
The successful candidate will also demonstrate:
- Experience mentoring or supervising junior lawyers.
- A collaborative approach and willingness to contribute to the development of the wider team.
- Strong networking and business development skills, with a genuine interest in helping grow the practice.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
