The Role
We are hiring an ambitious Corporate Solicitor with: ✔ 4+ years’ post-qualification experience in corporate law ✔ Experience across complex commercial transactions ✔ Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills ✔ Ability to generate business through existing networks and proactive initiatives ✔ Entrepreneurial drive and appetite for owning client relationships
