Corporate Solicitor – Up to £85,000 + Bonus + Benefits – Birmingham
This opportunity offers an experienced corporate solicitor the platform to develop their profile within the Birmingham market while supporting the continued growth of a well-established national practice.
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality work while working closely with senior lawyers on complex transactions. This role offers strong long-term progression within a growing Midlands platform, with exposure to a diverse and high-calibre client base.
The Role
- Advising on a broad range of M&A, corporate finance, and transactional matters
- Supporting clients on shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and investment work
- Providing corporate advisory support and general commercial guidance
- Managing matters from instruction through to completion, with appropriate supervision
- Working closely with partners and senior colleagues on complex, high-value transactions
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to team growth

The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 3–7 years’ PQE and a strong grounding in corporate law
- Trained within a reputable City, national, or leading regional law firm
- Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
- Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
- Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to progress your career
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team
