About the Role
This role offers a standalone opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to take ownership of high-quality transactional work, contribute strategically to business growth, and build lasting client relationships.
- Leading M&A transactions, private equity deals, and investment work
- Advising on shareholder agreements, group restructures, and broader corporate governance
- End-to-end transaction management (negotiation, drafting, closure)
- Client relationship development: fostering long-term trust and communications excellence
- Active role in business development, including networking and mayan partnerships

Requirements
Applications are invited from: ✔ Corporate Solicitors with 5+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) ✔ Strong technical expertise in M&A and corporate advisory work ✔ Proven track record of managing high-value transactions with autonomy ✔ Real commercial acumen—capable of influencing senior stakeholders ✔ appetite and flair for business development and client relations
