Corporate Solicitor (NQ+) | Award-Winning Newcastle Firm
We're working with a leading, award-winning law firm in Newcastle to find a Corporate Solicitor (NQ+) to join their growing Corporate team.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified or more experienced solicitor to develop their career within a well-regarded corporate department, working on a broad and varied caseload including M&A, corporate restructuring, shareholder agreements, and general corporate advisory work for a strong client base spanning SMEs to larger corporates.

About You
- NQ+ solicitor (0-3 years PQE) with a completed corporate seat during training
- Genuine experience and interest in corporate/commercial law, gained either through training or prior work in the corporate sector
- Strong academics and a solid grounding in corporate transactional work
- Excellent communication skills and commercial awareness
- A team player who's keen to build long-term relationships with clients and colleagues
