A new Corporate Solicitor opportunity within K3 Law, a growing Boutique Law Firm offering exposure to a wide range of corporate work and career progression within a leading UK professional services organisation.
The Company
K3 Law is a high-quality boutique corporate law firm and is part of K3 Capital Group, a multidisciplinary Advisory & Professional Services group focused on advising mid-market corporate clients throughout the UK and with an international presence. The firm provides legal advice on mergers, acquisitions, sales, and investments and is led by a Managing Director and Legal Director with a combined c.40 years Corporate Law experience within reputable top 50 law firms.
The Opportunity
The K3 Law team continues to expand and following an outstanding performance in 2025 is handling more Mid-market M&A transaction work than ever. An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Newly Qualified Solicitor with corporate experience to join the K3 Law team and work on a wide range of Corporate Transactions (sellside, buyside, capital markets and PE fundraise)

The Person
You will be a Lawyer able to meet the following criteria:
Newly Qualified Lawyer with at least 1 seat completed in Corporate Law Flexible approach - comfortable working a combination of office and remote / home location Keen to play a pivotal role in the growth of a Corporate Law firm with the backing of a leading UK professional services organisation
