Corporate Solicitor / Partner – Up to £180,000 + Bonus + Benefits – Leeds
This opportunity offers an experienced corporate solicitor the platform to develop their profile within the Leeds market while supporting the growth of an established team of six. With the current lead partner now focused on a national strategic role, there is a clear pathway to step into a leadership position.
As a Corporate Solicitor / Partner, you will play a key role in driving the firm’s continued success in Leeds, with genuine scope to progress into Head of Corporate for the office.
The Role
- Advising on a broad range of M&A, corporate finance, and private equity transactions
- Supporting clients on joint ventures, fundraising, and shareholder agreements
- Providing corporate advisory support to a diverse national client base
- Handling high-value and complex transactions from instruction through to completion
- Working closely with partners and colleagues across the firm’s North West and national platform
- Supporting the continued growth of the Leeds office and wider corporate practice
- Contributing to business development initiatives and strengthening client relationships
- Playing a key role in the strategic expansion of the Leeds corporate team

The Candidate
- Established Corporate Solicitor or Corporate Partner with experience across a range of corporate matters
- Strong commercial awareness with a genuine interest in business development
- Trained within a reputable City, national, or leading regional law firm
- Ambitious, driven, and motivated to contribute to the growth of a developing team
- Confident in building client relationships and developing a presence in the Leeds market
