Corporate Solicitor
Location: Tonbridge Experience: 5+ years PQE Salary: Competitive, with excellent benefits package We are seeking an ambitious professional to join our award winning dynamic Corporate team.
The Role: Work on high-profile, diverse matters across sectors such as healthcare, IT, security, property and retail. You’ll advise entrepreneurs, SMEs, large corporates, banks, and high-net-worth individuals on everything from M&A (buy-side and sell-side), private equity, and shareholder agreements to EMI schemes, restructuring and insolvency.
Recent highlights include: Designing EMI Share Option Plans for leading UK IT providers Implementing Management Equity Plans for digital transformation leaders Advising on a £12m veterinary practice sale Advising the largest independently-owned veterinary group in the UK on its new ‘partnership programme’ Structuring Family Investment Companies for estate planning Acting on strategic acquisitions in the funeral and security sectors Advising Drusillas Park on acquiring Urban Jump trampoline park
