  • Working a minimum of three days a week in the Cheltenham office, you will be immersed in acquisitions and disposals as well as shareholders agreements from day one.
  • You will also be networking and attending business events to contribute to the overall brand and development of the firm.

Advising clients on corporate governance, structuring, and transactional matters, drafting, and negotiating the full suite of transactional documents and commercial contracts will also be included in your role.

To be considered for this role, you will be PQE 2 - 5 years in England and Wales and live in commutable distance to Cheltenham.

You will think commercially and pragmatically and have a collaborative mindset as well as a good sense of humour!

Please note, this role is HYBRID, with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office in Cheltenham.
