The Role
We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience across a broad range of complex corporate law to work in the capacity of a Partner, including participation in business development.
This opportunity is ideal if you are a corporate lawyer seeking the next step in your career—enjoying full control over client relationships, fee arrangements, and the ability to thrive independently.

The Candidate
You will be an experienced, commercially astute lawyer with:
- 4+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate law
- Strong technical drafting and advocacy skills
- Confidence and ability to generate work through existing contacts and business development initiatives
- Ambition, entrepreneurial mindset, and motivation to grow your own client following
- Comfort in a flexible, modern working environment
Candidates with an existing client following or a clear business plan will be particularly well-suited for this role.
