Corporate Solicitor

Consultant Partner | Fully Remote (UK)

The Role

We are seeking a Corporate Solicitor with strong experience in complex commercial and corporate law to operate as a self-directed Partner while contributing to business growth.

This opportunity is ideal for a commercially-focused corporate lawyer seeking greater control over client relationships, fee arrangements, and professional autonomy—without compromising on stability or support.


Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality legal services across corporate transactions, compliance, and structured negotiations
  • Drive client acquisition through existing networks and proactive business development
  • Foster partnerships by delivering exceptional service and growing repeat business
  • Contribute to strategy sessions and market insights, aligning with Kingsley Wood’s dynamic community

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in corporate law (or equivalent commercial practice)
  • ** Expertise required** in:
    • Corporate structuring
    • Equity transactions
    • Contract negotiations
    • M&A due diligence
  • Demonstrable track record in technical drafting and advocacy within legal proceedings or agreements
  • Passion for business development (capability to cross-sell and expand client relationships)
  • Entrepreneurial drive to build a scalable client following
  • Self-discipline to excel in a remote, results-driven environment
