Corporate Solicitor / Senior Solicitor – Up to £105,000 + Bonus + Benefits – Manchester
This opportunity offers an experienced corporate solicitor the platform to develop their profile within the Manchester market, working on high-quality matters while supporting the continued growth of a well-established national practice.
As a Corporate Solicitor/ Senior Solicitor, you will play a key role in delivering complex transactional work, working closely with partners and senior stakeholders while gaining increased responsibility, client exposure, and progression opportunities within a growing team.
The Role
- Advising on a broad range of M&A, corporate finance, and private equity transactions
- Supporting clients on shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and investment work
- Providing corporate governance and commercial advisory support
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion, with appropriate autonomy
- Working closely with partners and senior stakeholders on high-value and complex deals
- Building and developing client relationships, with scope to grow your own network
- Supporting business development activity and contributing to the growth of the Manchester practice

The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with 5–10 years’ PQE and strong experience in corporate transactional work
- Trained within a reputable City, national, or leading regional law firm
- Strong technical ability and commercial awareness
- Confident, proactive, and client-focused in approach
- Ambitious and motivated to progress your career within a growing practice
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively
