Corporate Solicitor / Partner – Up to £250,000 + Bonus + Benefits – London
This opportunity offers an experienced corporate solicitor the platform to develop their profile within the London market as a genuinely market-facing hire, with the autonomy and support to generate and win new business.
As a Corporate Solicitor / Partner, you will play a key role in driving the firm’s growth in London, taking a proactive approach to building relationships, developing workstreams, and enhancing the firm’s presence in the market.
For the right individual, there is a clear and accelerated pathway to equity, aligned to your ability to win and lead work while helping shape the future of the London office.
The Role
- Advising on a broad range of M&A, corporate finance, and private equity transactions
- Supporting clients on joint ventures, fundraising, and shareholder agreements
- Providing corporate advisory support to a diverse national and international client base
- Handling high-value and complex transactions from instruction through to completion
- Working closely with partners and colleagues across the firm’s national platform
- Driving business development activity, networking, client targeting, and pipeline generation
- Playing a leading role in strengthening the firm’s presence in the London market
- Contributing to the continued growth and strategic direction of the London corporate practice

The Candidate
- Senior Corporate Solicitor or Partner with experience across a range of corporate matters
- Proven or emerging track record in business development and winning work
- Strong commercial awareness with a clear appetite for building a client base
- Trained within a reputable City, national, or leading regional law firm
- Ambitious, driven, and motivated to progress to equity
- Confident in building long-term client relationships and developing market presence
