Corporate Solicitor – Up to £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits – Manchester
This opportunity offers an ambitious corporate solicitor the platform to develop their profile within the Manchester market, gaining exposure to high-quality work and supporting a well-established team advising on complex, often cross-border transactions.
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will play a key role in delivering high-value work while developing your technical ability and commercial skillset within a leading practice. This role provides an excellent foundation for long-term progression, with access to top-tier clients, high-quality training, and structured development.
The Role
Advising on a broad range of M&A, corporate finance, and private equity transactions Supporting on equity capital markets, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory matters Working with blue chip/ growth clients across sectors including technology and life sciences Assisting on complex and cross-border transactions from instruction through to completion Working closely with partners and senior colleagues within a high-performing team Supporting business development activity and client relationship management

The Candidate
Qualified Solicitor with 0–3 years’ PQE and a strong grounding in corporate law Trained within a reputable City, national, or leading regional law firm Strong academic background and technical ability Commercially minded with an interest in business development Ambitious, driven, and motivated to build a long-term career in corporate law Confident working within a collaborative, high-performing team
