Corporate Solicitor | Kent | 5+ PQE

A respected Kent law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor with 5+ years PQE to join its established and successful team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to work on a high-quality and varied caseload, advising a diverse range of businesses, entrepreneurs, and private clients on complex corporate matters. The team advises on a broad spectrum of transactions, including acquisitions and disposals, management incentive arrangements, shareholder structures, investment planning, and business reorganisations. Recent work has included advising on multi-million-pound transactions, implementing equity schemes for growing businesses, supporting strategic acquisitions across a range of sectors, and advising on succession and investment structures.

The Role

You will be involved in:

  • Advising on mergers, acquisitions, and disposals
  • Handling complex corporate transactions from inception through to completion
  • Advising on shareholder agreements, governance, and restructures
  • Supporting clients with investment, succession, and ownership structures
  • Building strong relationships with business owners, entrepreneurs, and corporate clients
  • Taking an active role in the continued development of the corporate practice

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • 5+ years PQE experience in corporate law
  • Strong experience handling a broad range of corporate transactions
  • A commercially focused approach with excellent technical ability
  • The confidence to manage matters independently and advise clients directly
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to contribute to a growing team
