The Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Solicitor or Senior Corporate Solicitor to join an award-winning corporate and commercial team renowned for advising an impressive portfolio of regional, national and international clients. You will work on a broad range of high quality corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, share and asset sales and purchases, corporate restructures, investments, shareholder agreements, share incentive schemes, secured lending and wider corporate advisory work. Acting for businesses across a variety of sectors, including the thriving video games industry, you will advise on transactions ranging from owner managed businesses through to complex deals exceeding GBP 100 million. Working alongside experienced and collaborative colleagues, this role offers exposure to exceptional quality work together with genuine opportunities for career progression.

The Candidate

Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years PQE or equivalent experience gained within a recognised corporate team. You will possess strong technical expertise across a broad range of corporate transactions and be confident managing matters while working collaboratively on more complex deals. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and client relationship management skills together with strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development. This opportunity would suit an ambitious Lawyer looking to develop their career within a highly regarded and supportive team.
