Corporate Solicitor/ Partner (Healthcare) – Regional Offices - Up to £180,000 + Bonus + Benefits

This opportunity offers an experienced Corporate Solicitor/ Partner to join a leading healthcare team, as they continue to build the UK's leading specialist dental practice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced advising dental businesses, healthcare providers, or other primary care operators to play a key role, with full support and backing.

As a Corporate Solicitor/ Partner, you will play a key role in the continued growth of the team, taking a proactive approach to developing client relationships, expanding workstreams and enhancing the firm's presence within the healthcare market.

For the right individual, there is a clear pathway to equity progression and leadership opportunities, aligned to your ability to develop client relationships, win work and contribute to the ongoing success of the practice.

The Role

  • Advising healthcare businesses and professionals on a broad range of corporate transactions
  • Supporting healthcare clients with acquisitions, disposals, restructures, incorporations and wider matters
  • Drafting and negotiating shareholder agreements, partnership arrangements and commercial contracts
  • Providing strategic advice on growth initiatives, investment opportunities and succession planning
  • Acting for a diverse client base ranging from primary care to private dental practices
  • Working closely with colleagues across a national platform to deliver specialist sector advice
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships within the healthcare sector

The Candidate

  • Senior Associate, Legal Director, Partner or an ambitious solicitor ready to step into partnership
  • Strong experience advising on corporate healthcare and/ or dental transactions
  • Experience acting for healthcare clients, particularly within the primary care sector, would be advantageous
  • Commercially minded with strong client relationship skills
  • Capable of managing complex transactions and advisory matters independently
  • Confident in developing new and existing client relationships
  • Motivated to contribute to the ongoing growth and success of a specialist practice
