We measure success by the impact we make on people’s lives. Now, we need a highly motivated Corporate Sourcing Specialist to help us connect top-engineering talent, leadership, and technical experts with job opportunities at Barry-Wehmiller Corporate Europe and beyond.

Responsibilities
Come ready to make a difference with these core tasks:
- Build trusted relationships with recruiting leaders and hiring teams to:
- Forecast and align key staffing initiatives
- Optimise effectiveness of the recruiting process
- Discover and engage passive candidates via:
- Job boards, social media, databases
- Industry networking, cold outreach
- In-person interviews, referrals
- Apply leading best practices in sourcing across multiple roles and locations:
- Transform job requirements into effective sourcing profiles
- Execute multi-disciplinary sourcing projects with minimal oversight
- Leverage Workday ATS and recruiting tools to:
- Track and communicate with candidates
- Ensure compliance with all local and federal employment regulations
- Develop deep knowledge of:
- Barry-Wehmiller’s company culture, structure & open roles
- Current market trends and recruitment practices
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline that reflects the company’s diversity and inclusion goals

Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- 2+ years of direct recruiting/sourcing experience in corporate or staffing environments
- Preferred degrees:
- Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business, or related fields or equivalent work experience
- Strong track record of successfully placing elite professionals using targeted sourcing methods
Work Skills & Competencies
- Mastery of modern sourcing techniques:
- Connecting passive candidates & identifying non-obvious talent
- Technical skills with:
- MS Office Suite & Outlook
- Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Job boards, databases & Instagram/LinkedIn outreach
- Deep expertise in recruiting terminologies and employment practices
- Outstanding communication for both:
- Written material (emails, reports, candidate outreach)
- Sensitivity to cultural & geographic nuances in recruitment
- Proven rapidity & adaptability in juggling high-priority sourcing projects
