Corporate Strategy Officer

12 Month FTC Maternity Cover – Corporate Strategy Officer

Location

Milton Keynes, Hybrid, 2 days per week (office-based)

Salary & Benefits

Circa £50K – £55K + Excellent benefits, with potential flexibility for strong candidates


About the Role

Are you passionate about using data, market intelligence, and customer insight to influence business strategy?

We’re partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Corporate Strategy Officer, who will play a key role in shaping long-term business direction and supporting strategic decision-making.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will:

  • Analyse complex data, market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
  • Identify opportunities, risks, and emerging themes to inform future business plans
  • Transform data into clear, actionable recommendations presented to senior audiences

  • Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience interpreting data and delivering commercial insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple business areas
  • Degree or equivalent professional experience

Work Arrangement

  • 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC)
  • Hybrid working model
  • Must attend Milton Keynes office 2 days per week
  • Comfortable with required travel arrangements
