12 Month FTC Maternity Cover – Corporate Strategy Officer
Location
Milton Keynes, Hybrid, 2 days per week (office-based)
Salary & Benefits
Circa £50K – £55K + Excellent benefits, with potential flexibility for strong candidates
About the Role
Are you passionate about using data, market intelligence, and customer insight to influence business strategy?
We’re partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Corporate Strategy Officer, who will play a key role in shaping long-term business direction and supporting strategic decision-making.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will:
- Analyse complex data, market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
- Identify opportunities, risks, and emerging themes to inform future business plans
- Transform data into clear, actionable recommendations presented to senior audiences

Key Responsibilities
- Analyse complex business, market, and customer data to generate strategic insights
- Conduct market, competitor, and industry research
- Support long-term strategic planning and business plan development
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact future performance
- Produce high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior stakeholders

Requirements & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience interpreting data and delivering commercial insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple business areas
- Degree or equivalent professional experience
Work Arrangement
- 12-month fixed-term contract (FTC)
- Hybrid working model
- Must attend Milton Keynes office 2 days per week
- Comfortable with required travel arrangements
