Corporate Systems Lead

Are you passionate about driving large-scale enterprise systems transformation and shaping the future technology landscape of a growing international business?

Do you have strong Oracle Fusion expertise and enjoy translating complex business processes into scalable, future-fit technology solutions?

Ready to play a pivotal role in a multi-year transformation programme spanning HR, Finance, Procurement, and Corporate Systems while building critical capability in-house?

Macgregor Black are partnering with a leading organisation on the search for Corporate Systems Lead. This is a hybrid role, based either in Manchester or Glasgow.

This is a high-profile role with responsibility for governing and evolving critical corporate systems across HR, Finance, Procurement and wider business functions. Acting as the internal Oracle specialist, you'll help shape future technology direction while ensuring business needs remain at the centre of system decision-making.

  • Own and lead the Oracle Fusion applications environment across key business functions
  • Establish governance, standards and best practice for Oracle configuration and system management
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Procurement and Technology teams to align systems with business objectives
  • Provide oversight of system enhancements, upgrades and change controls
  • Support the delivery of Oracle HCM and wider transformation programmes
  • Work closely with implementation partners and third-party providers to ensure successful outcomes
  • Drive continuous improvement across corporate applications and identify future roadmap opportunities
  • Maintain system integrity, operational performance and data quality standards
  • Influence enterprise application strategy and future technology decisions

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong Oracle Fusion experience across HCM, Financials and/or Procurement
  • Background in systems leadership, product ownership, applications management or enterprise systems
  • Experience working within ERP transformation or large-scale technology programmes
  • Strong understanding of governance, configuration management and enterprise applications
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience working with external implementation partners and managed service providers
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to deliver practical business outcomes
