What We’re Looking For
- Recently qualified ACA, ACCA, and/or CTA, or qualified with up to 2 years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong grounding in UK corporate tax compliance with exposure to advisory work
- Experience working with a range of corporate clients, including owner-managed businesses and corporate groups
- An interest in developing expertise across corporate tax advisory, transactions, and international tax matters
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ambitious and motivated to develop a long-term career in corporate tax advisory
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines effectively within a client-focused environment

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients, ranging from owner-managed businesses and family companies to large corporate and international groups
- Prepare and review corporation tax computations, tax returns, and associated compliance obligations, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard
- Assist with the delivery of a wide range of corporate tax advisory projects, providing commercially-focused solutions to clients
- Support clients in business transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, restructurings, group reorganisations, and other strategic projects
- Assist with international tax matters, including cross-border transactions, overseas group structures, withholding tax considerations, and double tax treaty issues
- Work closely with Partners, Directors, and Managers on complex tax assignments and technical projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted point of contact for day-to-day tax matters
- Identify tax planning opportunities and support clients in managing tax risk and compliance obligations
- Liaise with HMRC in relation to enquiries, clearances, and other compliance matters
- Undertake technical research and prepare clear written advice, reports, and client communications
- Collaborate with colleagues across audit, accounts, and advisory teams to deliver joined-up solutions for clients
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the firm’s corporate tax offering
