Corporate Tax Advisor - Hybrid
Milton Keynes
TPF Recruitment are seeking a qualified and experienced Corporate Tax Advisor to join our client's high-performing tax advisory team.
This role is critical in delivering strategic, compliant, and forward-thinking tax solutions that support client growth, regulatory alignment, and long-term business sustainability.
As a Corporate Tax Advisor, you will lead complex tax advisory engagements across UK and multinational entities, providing expert guidance on tax planning, compliance, structuring, and risk management.
You will play a key role in advising senior stakeholders on mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and transfer pricing, ensuring alignment with HMRC regulations, OECD BEPS standards, and evolving tax legislation.
With a focus on client-centric outcomes and technical excellence, this position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse, high-calibre client portfolio across multiple industries, driving value through innovative and compliant tax strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver expert corporate tax advisory services on compliance, planning, reporting, and structuring for UK and international entities.
- Lead the preparation, review, and submission of corporate tax returns (CT600, CT600A) and supporting schedules.
- Conduct comprehensive tax impact assessments for M&A activity, corporate reorganisations, and business restructuring.
- Advise on transfer pricing policies, permanent establishment risks, and OECD BEPS compliance requirements.
- Design and implement tax-efficient structures to optimise client tax positions and support strategic objectives.
- Monitor and interpret changes in UK tax law, HMRC guidance, and case law to ensure timely and accurate implementation.
- Collaborate with audit, legal, and advisory teams to deliver integrated, multi-disciplinary solutions.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the continuous development of technical expertise within the practice.
- Engage with clients at executive levels, including CFOs and board members, to communicate complex tax insights clearly and effectively.
- Prepare high-quality technical documentation, client briefing notes, and presentation materials for advisory engagements.

Requirements:
- Corporate Tax Advisor - Hybrid
- Qualified professional with CTA, ACA, or ACCA status, with demonstrable expertise in corporate tax advisory.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in corporate tax within a top-tier firm or leading corporate tax department.
- In-depth knowledge of UK corporation tax, capital gains tax, stamp duty, group relief, and R&D tax credits.
- Proven experience in tax planning, compliance, and advisory for complex corporate transactions.
- Strong understanding of transfer pricing, BEPS compliance, and international tax reporting frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex tax concepts for non-experts.
- Proficiency in tax software including CaseWare, TaxCalc, and advanced Excel modelling techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
