Are you a recently qualified CA / ACCA / CTA looking to make your first move from practice into industry?

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a major global organisation in a broad, hands-on corporate tax role with exposure across compliance, reporting, and advisory. You’ll join a high-performing in-house tax team supporting one of the world’s most recognised brands in risk, insurance and financial services — all while enjoying true flexibility and the ability to work from home the majority of the week.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the heart of the UK tax function, providing a mix of technical depth and commercial insight. You’ll manage and review UK corporate tax compliance, tax provisions and reporting, while also contributing to projects such as M&A due diligence, group restructuring, and international tax advisory.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
