As a Corporate Tax Associate Director you will:
- Manage and lead a diverse portfolio of complex corporate clients, spanning from entrepreneurial owner-managed businesses to large multinational groups.
- Deliver high-value advisory projects, specifically focusing on corporate transactions, due diligence, structural reorganisations, and innovation reliefs.
- Drive regional market growth by collaborating directly with partners and directors across multiple service lines to spearhead business development initiatives and proposals.
- Oversee advanced technical compliance processes, undertaking complex reviews while actively mentoring and developing junior team members.

As the successful candidate you will:
- Hold a full ACA qualification or equivalent, with a CTA qualification being highly preferred.
- Demonstrate significant experience operating at a Manager level, or a similar senior position, within a dedicated corporate tax environment.
- Possess a proven track record of managing a busy client portfolio and successfully converting professional relationships into fee-paying work.
- Display comprehensive corporate tax technical knowledge, with verified experience in preparing and reviewing complex tax computations.
