An award-winning professional services firm with a strong international presence is looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Tax Associate Director to join its growing Corporate & Multinational Tax team.

Your new role
As a Corporate Tax Associate Director, you will play a key role in leading client relationships, delivering complex advisory projects, and managing a varied portfolio of large corporate clients.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Advising clients on a broad range of UK corporate tax matters across both compliance and advisory projects.
- Leading client relationships and delivering commercially focused tax solutions.
- Managing tax provisions and supporting clients with year-end and interim tax reporting requirements.
- Taking ownership of a client portfolio while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- Working collaboratively across specialist tax teams to identify opportunities and deliver integrated solutions.
- Coaching, mentoring, and developing junior members of the team.
- Leading the delivery of client engagements and ensuring the appropriate utilisation of specialist expertise.
- Supporting business development initiatives, including networking, proposal preparation, and pitching for new work.
- Ensuring compliance with internal risk management and quality assurance procedures.

This role offers exposure to technically challenging domestic and international tax matters, working closely with sophisticated in-house tax teams and senior stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be professionally qualified (CTA, ACA, ATT or equivalent) with significant post-qualified corporate tax experience gained within practice.
You will also demonstrate:
- Strong UK corporate tax technical knowledge across both compliance and advisory work.
- Experience delivering complex domestic and international tax projects.
- A proven track record of leading projects and delivering high-quality client service.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience coaching and developing junior team members.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with Alphatax, Power BI, Microsoft Office and other tax-related technologies would be advantageous.
