Corporate Tax Business Manager
Location: Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire
Salary: £60,000 to £80,000 + benefits (dependent on experience)
Job Type: Permanent, Full Time with hybrid working
TPF Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading and highly respected accountancy and business advisory firm for a Corporate Tax Business Manager position based in Milton Keynes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager looking to join a people-focused, growing practice with an outstanding reputation for client service, technical excellence, and staff development. About the Role
As a Corporate Tax Business Manager, you will work with a diverse portfolio of owner-managed businesses, entrepreneurial clients, corporate groups, and international organisations across a range of sectors.
You will play a key role in providing strategic tax advice, overseeing compliance delivery, identifying tax planning opportunities, and developing long-term client relationships.

- Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients
- Reviewing complex corporation tax returns and computations
- Delivering advisory projects including restructuring, group planning, transactions, and international tax matters
- Supporting Partners on business development initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to add value to clients
- Managing and mentoring junior members of the tax team
- Building strong relationships with clients and professional intermediaries
- Ensuring high-quality technical advice and client service delivery
Requirements
- Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, and/or CTA qualification
- Experience: Significant experience within corporate tax gained in practice
- Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate taxation
- Skills:
- Experience managing client relationships and portfolios
- Excellent communication and business development skills
- A commercial and proactive approach
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring team members
