Corporate Tax Director – Confidential Professional Services Firm
Essex | Full-time | £85,000 – £110,000
A well-established professional services firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Director to lead and grow its corporate tax offering. This is a senior leadership opportunity combining technical expertise, commercial insight, and team management, working with a diverse client base ranging from owner-managed businesses to larger and multinational groups.
The Role
- Leading the delivery of corporate tax compliance and high-level advisory services
- Providing strategic tax planning across areas such as R&D, capital allowances, reorganisations, and transactions
- Acting as the main point of contact for key clients and building long-term relationships
- Managing and developing a high-performing corporate tax team
- Driving business development, including identifying and winning new work
- Ensuring risk management and compliance with professional standards

About You
- ACA / ACCA and CTA qualified (or equivalent)
- Extensive experience in corporate tax within practice or advisory
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to deliver strategic solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
